Database Compare
Need to check a development database against a production database? The Database Compare tool is there to help.
Quickly select a source, destination and objects and the compare is done for you. With the detailed results you can drill down to see what has changed. A synchronization script can be generated to deploy your changes.
Cross database compare is supported as well.

Compare Wizard
The Database Compare Wizard lets you choose a source and destination for your compare process.
Next it will allow you to select objects you want to compare. The options help to fine tune the compare process and iron out differences between database systems.
Detailed Results
After the compare process has finished, there's a detailed report for info about each object. You can quickly filter results to show differences in destination, source or both.
Missing or modified columns, different table attributes, dropped stored procedure parameters: all will become clear in this window.
A synchronization script can be created to modify the databases where possible.
