From the Server Manager, you have access to the registered SQLite databases.
In the Servers tree view, expand the node for your SQLite library. This will show the Databases node:
You can register a database using the context menu on the 'server'-node.
The context menu on a database lists several options, several are generic, but the Administration & Maintenance items are for additional SQLite related functionality.
The Database Properties option opens a dialog that includes so-called SQLite Database Pragmas.
