After the Welcome page of the wizard, the following page is shown:
The Create New Database Wizard - page 2
It displays the following things:
Server |
The server on which this database will be created. |
Database Name |
The name of the database. |
Username |
Username of the user used to create the database. |
Password |
Password for the given user. |
You can use the Finish button to create the database or click Next for more options.

At this page, you can set the additional options: who will be the database owner? Will the database be a copy of another database or template database?
This page is optional.
