Depending on your database engine capabilities, you can use the Role Editor to create, alter and drop SQL roles.

SQL roles are implemented differently across different database server implementations, so the Role Editor window may look different from the above one.
The Role Editor will show the available users - these can be server wide users or database wide users/logins, depending on the database server capabilities.
