This panel let's you edit general editor settings.

 

General Editor Settings

 

SQL/Script Editor

Empty line is statement separator

Whenever you leave an empty line between statements, the statement that has the cursor in it will be executed.

 

Show "switch connection" box

Show the session selector drop down box, see the SQL Editor.

 

Reset "fetch all" setting when starting a new SQL Editor

 

Don't keep the "fetch all" setting between sessions.

Max lines for SQL History

The maximum number of SQL statement to keep around in the SQL history per SQL Editor.

 

(un)comment shortcut

The keyboard shortcut to comment and un-comment selected text.

 

Browsing Data

These settings are used in the SQL Editor and the View & Table Editor, Data tab.

 

Automatic column resize

The default column resize method used by default.

 

Grid colors

The (alternate) grid row colors, click the colored rectangles to select a color.

 

Use row coloring in data grids

Use colored rows for data browsing.

 

Show NULL as

A textual representation of the SQL NULL value.

 

NULL color

Select a color for the NULL value text.

 

NULL style

Font style for the NULL value text.
