You can run a project on multiple databases. In addition to that, you can also create a group of projects that can be executed as a group in a particular order. Mind you, when you run the projects in a project group, it will only be done on the default database.

After creating a group using the buttons in the top toolbar, you can add groups and modify the order of execution using the buttons on the toolbar in the bottom half.
