ODBC Data Sources on Windows 64 bit

If you are using a Windows 64 bit variant, you'll notice that ODBC data sources you've created via the Control Panel will not show up in the Advanced Data Generator.

The Advanced Data Generator is a 32 bit application and it cannot use a 64 bit ODBC driver. You need to download and install a 32 bit ODBC driver for your database system.

If you start the ODBC Administrator from the Register Database dialog you will automatically start the 32 bit variant, listing the installed 32 bit ODBC drivers and data sources.
