AI FEATURES ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of AI Features provided by Upscene Productions in connection with Database Workbench.
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access to AI Features or the Software Product.
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
You may use the AI Features only in compliance with:
- applicable laws and regulations;
- the EULA;
- the AI Features Terms of Service;
- applicable third-party provider requirements.
2. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the AI Features to:
2.1 Illegal Activities
- violate any law or regulation;
- facilitate criminal activity;
- engage in fraud or deception;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- violate privacy or data protection laws.
2.2 Harmful or Malicious Code
- create malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, worms, or viruses;
- develop credential theft tools;
- create destructive scripts or exploits;
- bypass security controls;
- perform unauthorized penetration testing.
2.3 Unauthorized Access
- gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- harvest credentials;
- conduct phishing attacks;
- distribute malicious payloads;
- perform denial-of-service attacks.
2.4 Harmful Database Activities
- generate intentionally destructive SQL;
- delete or alter data without authorization;
- bypass database permissions;
- exfiltrate sensitive data;
- generate unsafe production queries without review.
2.5 Sensitive or Restricted Data
Unless expressly permitted by law and your internal policies, you may not submit:
- personal data;
- health information;
- financial account information;
- authentication credentials;
- secrets, tokens, or encryption keys;
- classified or export-controlled information.
You are responsible for masking, anonymizing, or removing sensitive data before using AI Features.
2.6 Credential and API Key Misuse
You may not attempt to access, intercept, capture, extract, monitor, disclose, misuse, or reuse any API keys, authentication tokens, credentials, or secure communications used by the AI Features or related third-party AI Providers.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- packet sniffing or network interception;
- man-in-the-middle attacks;
- reverse engineering authentication mechanisms;
- extracting embedded credentials;
- unauthorized reuse of API credentials;
- sharing or reselling access credentials;
- circumventing usage tracking, quotas, or billing mechanisms.
You may not use the AI Features in any manner intended to bypass licensing restrictions, subscription enforcement, provider limitations, or security protections implemented by Upscene or its AI Providers.
3. ABUSE OF AI SERVICES
You may not:
- attempt to overload or disrupt AI services;
- circumvent quotas or usage limits;
- automate excessive bulk requests;
- resell or sublicense AI access unless authorized;
- use AI Features as a competing hosted AI service;
- attempt to reverse engineer AI models or provider systems.
4. MISLEADING OR DECEPTIVE CONTENT
You may not use AI Features to generate or distribute:
- fraudulent content;
- impersonation content;
- deceptive technical information;
- intentionally misleading documentation;
- spam or unsolicited communications.
5. HIGH-RISK USE CASES
AI Features must not be used for:
- life-critical systems;
- medical diagnosis;
- legal advice;
- autonomous security decisions;
- safety-critical infrastructure;
- military targeting or weapons systems.
AI-generated output must always be reviewed by qualified personnel before use in operational environments.
6. HUMAN REVIEW REQUIREMENT
You are responsible for validating all AI-generated Output before execution, publication, or deployment.
In particular, SQL statements, scripts, schema modifications, and database commands generated by AI Features must be reviewed and tested before use against production systems.
7. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER RULES
Certain AI Providers may impose additional restrictions or usage requirements.
You agree to comply with all applicable provider requirements when using AI Features powered by those providers.
8. ENFORCEMENT
Upscene may investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
Upscene may suspend or terminate access to AI Features without prior notice if it reasonably believes a violation has occurred.
Upscene may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Upscene may update this AUP from time to time.
Continued use of AI Features after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
