Limits and license
What is the volume of usage for the Upscene AI Subscription?
The subscription includes approximately 20 million tokens per month, shared across all users of the subscription. This should be sufficient for typical day-to-day usage.
What happens if I exceed the monthly token limit?
If the monthly usage limit is reached, AI functionality may become temporarily unavailable until the next billing period or until additional capacity is purchased.
Do I need an Upscene AI Subscription per Database Workbench license?
Each Database Workbench license requires its own login to access the AI Subscription. However, a single subscription may be shared by multiple users. Please note that all users sharing the subscription also share the monthly usage limits.
