Installing and uninstalling our products

All our products either include installers or are stand-alone executables. Some updates are available as zip-compressed files, only including relevant files, to bring down file-size. Zip-compress files can be 'unpacked' using Windows.

Prerequisites

A logged in Windows user with privileges that allow the user to install software in the operation system.

Installing software products from our site

The steps are as follows:

1. Click the download link, this link includes the file name of the file you're about to download to your computer
2. Double click the downloaded file once it has finished downloading
3. Follow the on-screen instructions in the installer

Uninstalling our software products

All our install-able products includes an 'uninstaller' that can be reached via the Windows Control Panel.

Windows 10 or equivalent

1. Click the Windows button, then click the Settings option followed by the Apps option
2. In Apps & features list, find the application you want to remove, select it and click uninstall
3. Follow on-screen instructions

Windows 7 or 8

1. Click the Windows button, then click the Settings option followed by the Programs and Features option
2. In Programs & features list, find the application you want to remove, select it and click uninstall
3. Follow on-screen instructions
