logging/auditing suite for NexusDB V2.

- This version of NDB LogManager has been compiled and tested against NexusDB v2.02.
- Shared memory transport has been added.

- Bug fixed: Fixed a problem with incompatible data types caused by NexusDB v2.01 and higher.
