The Multi Level Clipboard tool monitors the Windows clipboard and shows a history of 20 items by default, this number can be modified in the Tools Preferences.
You can find the Multi Level Clipboard tools via Tools | Multi-level Clipboard.

The tool starts capturing clipboard items at the startup of Database Workbench, if you don't want to do that, turn it OFF in the Preferences.
You can view the items by clicking on them and you can paste the selected item into the current available source editor by using the Paste button on top, or the keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+V.
You can also copy the selected item to the clipboard to make it the current item.
